Leading Men Gala
The Weizmann Canada ‘Leading Men’ 2014 Gala honoured ten men, including celebrity William Shatner, and brought 500 guests together under the stars. Eclipse Production’s video production/mapping, along with our décor and lighting with Seal Productions was unlike anything ever seen. This event broke the barriers of event design and brought together a dream team of event producers and designers!
Scotiabank Baycrest Pro Am
The Scotiabank Baycrest Pro-Am hockey tournament and yearly draft has become a driving fundraiser for the Baycrest Foundation. Our team of designers created and managed a 300 person corporate luncheon and an 850 person evening event – same day, just hours apart at The Allstream Centre. It was an honor to have legendary NHL players join the charity and attend in support. This event received a 2014 Special Event Gala nomination.
On Christmas Eve 2014, we transformed Toronto’s one true castle, Casa Loma, into a Christmas dream for the world renowned designers Dean and Dan of DSquared2. From the entrance to the great hall, library and conservatory, we covered the space and an erected indoor tent structure with cedar and wood panels. For our client, their family and their close friends this evening would leave a lasting holiday memory.
At the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Hatch gala was the company’s first ever event featuring all their employees and offices. With over 2200 guests, this event design featured an incredible custom LED wall stage with LED DJ booths and an incredible light show for the band Alter Ego! The room looked spectacular and also featured a transformation in the reception area.
The Canadian Hospitality Foundation Gala flashed back with our 60’s themed fundraiser – it was groovy baby! This vibrant event came to life with spiral gobos and coloured moving lights, disco balls, video panels, large balloon installations and 18” cloth flower centerpieces. Playing hits from all generations, the All Access Show Band kept guests groovin’!
Weston Foods AGM
At the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, this AGM for Weston Foods took on brand recognition and installation creations using BREAD! A custom wagon made from bread and a storefront build brought this event to life. For the first time, a food conveyor belt served sliders to guests and featured Weston Foods branding.
It was ‘anchor’s aweigh’ as we transformed the Design Exchange venue into a yacht experience for one high-end law firm. Acrylic stations adorned with nautical decals turned food and beverage service into a high seas adventure. Guests enjoyed lounge areas with billowy drapery, a 40’ video wall and centerpieces featuring anchors and submerged florals.
Casa Loma Launch
Casa Loma is Canada’s one true castle and has a historic tie to the City of Toronto. Working with Pegasus Hospitality, our team designed a warm and classic looking re-launch for the castle. Featuring a racetrack bar, custom velvet lounges and an outdoor space with floral encasements, this event played host to 300 of Toronto’s event professionals!
